The rooms were absolutely perfect and cozy with comfortable bed.

The location is great in a busy area, just off the metro station, restaurant's and other facilities, and Metro/Bus and Restaurant.

The breakfast was good with a great selection of options. The location was incredible, for example, Bur Juman Shopping Center was a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel. It was about 0.5 miles from the airport.

Some of the staff were very bad.

The room was spacious and huge with a safe box, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a mini-fridge-bar.

The standard room with comfortable bed had basic facilities you need. Right next to a subway station, the location was magnificent and marvellous, near many Indian restaurants close by...

The staff was really friendly and friendly and gave us great advices. Location: the hotel was short walk to Karama metro station, and the surrounding areas. We had lunch in Royal Gate Restaurant, placed close by.

There are plenty of convenient transportation options nearby, including a metro station within a 5-minute walk and a hypermarket that is easily accessible on foot.

The staff at this place is fantastic and the breakfast is delicious. Don't miss out on the nearby rock bottom cafe for the best coffee.

Value for money as a shelter

We booked a double room and because we could not prove documentary wise our bond, my friend was not allowed to stay with me and the staff flatly refused since the money was already paid from the Visa card. They demanded extra money and hence the issue was then resolved. This hotel is not at all fit for any type of couple and there is a stinking smell as soon as you enter the hotel premises. I repent and hence no question of staying there again.

Booked a room with comfortable bed. It was in a nice location just next door to Metro/Bus and Restaurant.

The rooms were air-conditioned and tidy, with bath tub. Amazing and incredible location - an easy walk to everywhere we needed. This hotel was set in a very convenient area.

Facilities were good, nevertheless Wi-Fi was very poor.
